Belt Conveyor Take up Pulley

The tension device is an important part of the belt conveyor, so that the conveyor belt has enough tension, to ensure the friction between the conveyor belt and the drive pulley, so that the conveyor belt does not slip, and limit the sag of the conveyor belt between the pulleys, so that the conveyor can work normally. The take up pulley will ensure adequate tension of the belt leaving the drive pulley so as to avoid any slippage of the belt, ensure proper belt tension at the loading and other points along the conveyor, compensate for changes in belt length due to elongation, and provide extra length of belt when necessary for splicing purpose. The take up pulley is used to provide the belt with the proper amount of tension. Its position is adjustable. The casting and welding structure is adopted to the take up pulley and the end discs.
