Corn Fiber Pressure Screen  

Operation Slurry is pumped into the header manifold at 40psig, and is directed to the 120°screen at a tangent through the feed nozzles. As the slurry flows down the screen, thin layers are sliced off by the screen, bar edges and pass through the slot opening to the filtrate port. Material in the slurry that is larger than the slot opening will be retained on the screen surface and move downward to the “oversize” port.   Options Straight-in (front mount) or “u” shaped (top mount) feed design 1/2”, 3/4”, or 1”(13mm, 19mm, or 25mm) diameter feed nozzles 50, 75, 100, or 150 micron screen elements
