Mild Steel Power Transformer Hot Dip Galvanized Radiator

Cooling of a transformer is the process of dissipation of heat developed in the transformer to the surroundings. The losses occurring in the transformer are converted into heat which increases the temperature of the windings and the core. Therefore, cooling is done to dissipate the heat generated in the transformer. Hot dip galvanizing offset radiators involves coating these radiators with a layer of zinc to protect them from rust and corrosion. The process starts by thoroughly cleaning the radiators to remove any dirt, grease, or other contaminants. The radiators are then dipped into a bath of molten zinc, where the zinc adheres to the surface of the radiators. The radiators are then removed from the bath and allowed to cool and solidify, creating a protective zinc coating.
