Working Principle: The airflow classifier primarily consists of a feeding control system, classifier main body (1-4), efficient cyclone collector, pulse bag filter, high-pressure induced fan, and electrical control system. Feeding Control System: It comprises a star feeder or vibrating feeder, combined with a variable frequency controller and feeding bin. It realizes continuous and constant-speed control of the feed material by adjusting the output frequency/current of the feeder. Classifier Main Body: Mainly composed of a motor, classifying wheel, and cylinder, it achieves effective classification of materials by adjusting the rotation speed of the classifying wheel and combining it with reasonable secondary air inlet.
