Rinse Water Treatment Sytem

Rinse wastewater treatment:    The wastewater from rinsing tank is directed to the treatment system, and throughout neutralization, aeration, and flocculation treatment, the mud cake will be filtered out through a filter press, and the liquid is reused for production.    Neutralization reaction: This kind of wastewater is acidic and contains Fe2+, Zn2+, and suspended solids. If not completely removed, it will exert an impact on the effluent quality. The removal of metal ions is generally achieved by adding OH - to wastewater. At an appropriate pH, metal ions will form hydroxide precipitates with OH -. When the pH of the wastewater is adjusted above 5.2, Zn2+, Fe3+, and OH - in the wastewater will form Zn (OH) 2 and Fe (OH) 3 precipitates from the water. When the wastewater is neutral, the precipitation reaction is basically completed.    Aeration reaction: Due to the instability of Fe (OH) 2 formed by Fe2+and OH - under acidic conditions, it is easy to aci…
